How we ship at Kingdom Equestrian

Some pieces in our range are classed as a special order. These are items that we add into our regular stock deliveries from our European suppliers. You'll be able to see which items are special order on the product page and also within your cart.

We do this so that we're able to offer customers the opportunity to shop a huge range of premium products while still keeping our prices competitive, our eco-footprint low, and our range as broad as possible.

What to expect:

• In-stock items: Dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days.
• Special order items: 7-21 working days to your door for UK customers (international: add approximately 7 days).
• If your order contains a mix, usually everything is sent together once all items have arrived with us.
• We'll give you an estimated delivery timeframe in your cart, and in a follow-up email too and we'll keep you fully updated with your orders' progress.
