What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. It makes your return or exchange postage free, so you can send items back without paying for the label.
What it covers
- The return postage label for a return or an exchange on your order.
- Whether you choose a refund, store credit or an exchange.
What it costs
Checkout+ is a small flat fee per order, shown at checkout before you pay. On orders to the United States it is currently $4.00.
Where it is offered
Checkout+ is currently offered at checkout on orders delivered to the United States.
How to use it
- At checkout, keep Checkout+ selected. To check out without it, choose "Continue without Checkout+".
- If you need to send something back, start your return in our returns portal. Your free return label is provided there.
What stays the same
- The return windows: a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery, and store credit or an exchange from 31 to 90 days.
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned, with or without Checkout+.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong items are always free to return. Please email us with photos instead of using the portal.
Questions
Do I have to add Checkout+?
No, it is optional. Without it you can still return items within the return windows, and you pay for the return postage.
Can I add it after I have placed my order?
Checkout+ is chosen at checkout, before you pay.
Does it cover the cost of sending my exchange item to me?
Checkout+ covers the postage of your parcel back to us.
