The placement of the noseband avoids pressure on the cheekbones and on sensitive nerve endings like the infraorbital nerve, and also keeps the teeth free from pressure, making it beneficial for horses with teeth-related issues. The higher strap keeps the bridle from moving forward to the horse's eyes, and the padded flash buckle, adjustable from both ways, stays in place.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe headpiece has an air channel over the poll and the highest part of the neck, giving maximum freedom to sensitive nerve pathways, muscle attachments and ligaments. Two smaller pillows at the top ensure optimal placement, and padded edges, extending from the leather base, keep the neckpiece in place, avoiding pressure and rubbing.
