Imperial Riding Exercise Rug - Super-dry 0g - Bordeaux
Use this size guide to find the correct rug size for your horse. Imperial Riding rugs are labelled using both UK rug sizing (feet) and US blanket sizing (inches) — both describe the same rug length.
How to measure your horse for a rug:
- Bottom length (also the EU Size on the chart) — measure along the side of the horse, from the middle of the chest, around the shoulder, to the end of the quarters (just past the point of the buttock). This is the standard measurement used for UK and US rug sizing.
- Top length — measure in a straight line along the back, from the base of the neck (at the withers) to the base of the tail.
- Horse height — measured from the ground to the top of the withers. Use the hands (hh) column if you know your horse's height in hands, or centimetres if you've measured with a height stick.

This size chart is a guideline. Measurements in feet (UK) and inches (US) refer to the length of the rug along the bottom edge.
A lightweight 0g exercise rug from Imperial Riding in 100% polyester, fully waterproof so you can keep schooling or hacking through a shower without your horse's loins getting cold and wet.
The 0g lining means no extra insulation — useful for milder days or working horses that warm up quickly. Velcro fastens at the withers for a quick fit, with a long tail flap for extra coverage and reflective branding for low-light visibility. The paisley print is the standout detail.
